I should have told you that the new stuff begins at:

If you started at the beginning, you may have stopped because it was "old
stuff", and the posting was very long. I hope this new information encourages at
least some of you to dig back in. I think you'll find the new material
interesting, and I do need some feedback. Harmonization is the core of the
book's message, and I want it to be accessible to all kinds of readers.
