This sounds more like an outline for a Tom Clancy novel than actual
possibility. It has always been my understanding that it is impossible to
send a virus or take control of a remote comouter through a simple
e-mail message. Sure, viruses may be sent via attached executable
files, but actual infection requires someone on the recieving end to
download, un-encode and execute the file.

How about sending me Part 1 of this thing? And who is this Robert Parry?

That's all I've got. I subscribed to activ-l for one day, got that piece,
then unsubscribed due to 100 messages/day traffic. I'm sending a request
to Robert (whoever he is) for part I.
