I tried accessing the “CouponDevelopmentMmodel” and only got a blank screen
Same with the community development file

If anyone else has problems downloading, let me know and I’ll send you the file as an attachment. As regards accessing the website, it is possible that you need to wait a bit for the pdf to download to your browser.
