As I announced earlier, I’m working on a follow-up article, with the working title, ‘Full-Spectrum Dominance and the Global Regime-Change Project’. New Dawn has already expressed interest in publishing it in their next issue, if I can meet their deadline later this month.
As with past projects, I’d like to post drafts of sections to cyberjournal as I write them. Your comments and feedback, even those I don’t have time to respond to, have always been very helpful in improving such drafts. The first posting will be an Introduction, quoting key observations from the first article, and describing what is meant by the terms ‘regime change’, ‘project’, and ‘full-spectrum dominance’.
