subscribed):

        unsub cyberjournal

To join cyberjournal, simply send:
        To: •••@••.•••
        Subject: (ignored)
        ---
        sub cyberjournal John Q. Doe          <-- your name there

To switch subscriptions to a different account, simply unsub from the old
account, and sub from the new.  If your old account is no longer accessible
to you, just sub from the new account and send me a note to clean out the
old sub.  There's no harm if you're subscribed at two accounts at once.
