Many years ago, Tom Greco suggested to Sergio that he invite me to speak at one of his roundtable sessions, at his house in Walnut Creek. In those days I was very much into facilitated group process, as a means of finding creative solutions to problems, and as a means of building community. I talked about that, and in the following discussion we talked about the environment, as being something that is in need of creative solutions.
One thing led to another, and about a year later we found ourselves in Vilcabamba, Ecuador, with two facilitators, and thirty participants at an event billed as Waking the Phoenix. There were very enlightening discussions, involving a lot of good people, but unfortunately we didn’t come up with anything new. The event was a great success however, with all the shared insights, and with getting to know the other participants. And the climate and environment were idyllic.
Since then Sergio and I have worked together many times. Twice he arranged for me to give talks at Dean Radin’s Noetic Institute. With Sergio there’s always a spirit of adventure, a sense of advancing the frontiers. Let’s turn now to Sergio’s own words…

Identifying yourself as a generalist, I suggest that you also take into consideration the population reduction plans of the World Economic Forum (WEF), and of the Club of Rome before them.
The present developments invite us to ask: Is the Ukrainian conflict a bloody false flag to advance WEF goals?
For at least 40 years we have been warned repeatedly of these genocidal plans. I first thought that these warnings were paranoid fantasies, but now I am not so sure.
Here are some examples:
In 1980, the mysterious Georgia Guidestones Monument was unveiled:

Unidentified vandals bombed it and authorities demolished it this year.
It had a message engraved in 8 languages that started as follows:
“MAINTAIN HUMANITY UNDER 500.000.000”
In 1980 that figure was about 11% of the global population, today it is around 6%.In 1992 John Coleman, a former US intelligence officer, published The Conspirators’ Hierarchy. Here is an excerpt from page 164:
“At least 4 billion ‘useless eaters’ shall be eliminated by the year 2050 by means of limited wars, organized epidemics of fatal rapid acting diseases and starvation. Energy, food and water shall be kept at subsistence levels for the non elite, starting with the White populations of Western Europe, and North America and then spreading to other races. The population of Canada, Western Europe and the United States will be decimated more rapidly than in other continents until the world population reaches a manageable level of 1 billion.”If you look you should find further supporting evidence, such as the ongoing destruction of large food production facilities, the shortage of fertilizers and the record droughts that are crippling this year’s harvest, threatening global famine and more wars for resources. “I have to say, when I mention now names, like Mrs. (Angela) Merkel and even Vladimir Putin, and so on, they all have been Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. But what we are very proud of now is the young generation, like Prime Minister [Justin] Trudeau, the President of Argentina and so on.We penetrate the cabinets. So yesterday I was at a reception for Prime Minister Trudeau and I know that half of his cabinet, or even more than half of his cabinet, are actually Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. And that’s all about getting the right people in the right place at the right time”
By the way, another stated goal of the WEF is “Recalibrating” freedom of speech. An easy way to identify world leaders who are groomed by the WEF is through their incessant railing against free speech. They absolutely hate it and they’re constantly calling for the internet to be censored and highly regulated. At the 2022 Davos meeting, Australian “eSafety commissioner” Julie Inman Grant stated that we need a “recalibration of free speech”.
Under this lens China fits the WEF plan, since their censorship is widespread, a social credit system controls people’s behaviors and COVID is still used as an excuse for massive lockdowns and total population control. Add the massive building of concentration camps (we have those also), and that Chinese officials are constantly present at Davos.
With Russia we cannot be so sure. It is worrisome that Vladimir Putin received WEF training, on the other hand there are claims that the US funded laboratories in Ukraine were for creating a pest that would have decimated grain production, therefore by stopping those labs he would have rebelled against the secretly planned famine.
His recent agreement with Kyiv to allow grain shipments to leave from the Black Sea supports the thesis that he is fighting the WEF’s plans. But then Russia bombed what it says was a US weapons warehouse in the Odessa port shortly after the announcement, thus putting the new agreement into question. In the next few days we shall see if Ukrainian grain is allowed to be exported by sea.
I have family in both Ukraine and Russia, so I am torn by receiving conflicting reports from both sides. Therefore for me the next big question is: Is Putin an implanted double agent trained years ago by the WEF, or is he the only one left with the guts to try to stop the WEF global control plan?

Thanks Sergio, for your research into the depopulation agenda, and for your discussion of the WEF and its relation to China and Russia. Your question about Putin is one that I also see as central. And as you know by now, the grain shipments are proceeding, and Russia is indeed working against the starvation agenda of the WEF.
I don’t think we can dismiss the signs that Putin has some kind of allegiance to the WEF, at least in some areas. Nor can we dismiss Putin’s frequently stated opposition to US attempts to assert global hegemony, – and that hegemony presumably is the means by which the WEF is to achieve global governance. Signs of both pro and con, as regards the WEF.
My sense is that Putin and the WEF are working together on the Great Reset, and we are being misled by the usual magician’s trick – distraction. The distraction is the US and its aggressive actions aimed at maintaining its hegemony, which we are to interpret as the military arm of the WEF. Meanwhile, the Great Reset’s actual world order is the one being created by Russia and China. A stable world order serves the interest of the globalist cabal, as it enables them to get on with its technocratic projects, without needing to deal with armed conflicts.
The distraction – seeing US imperialism as the globalist path to power – serves very well to push nations toward signing up to BRICS and the multipolar agenda. US as bogey man plays well. Putin is playing the distraction card for all it’s worth. In a recent speech before a large international gathering from the Global South, he for the first time identified “Western globalist elites”, as being the ones who are behind the pursuit of unipolar hegemony. He is saying, “Look, over there, that’s where the globalists are at work on the NWO. You and I are the opposition”. A master magician at work. (Nonetheless, I think I’d like a peaceful world better than one always at war.)
